The clinic option is often more appropriate where targeted advice or intervention is required around a specific issue rather than a fully detailed home assessment.
 
The appointments can cover recommendations on equipment, care and support needs, home adaptations, upper-limb or cognitive rehabilitation, support with memory strategies or fatigue, sleep, pain and anxiety management.
