Led by Fiona Egan, an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of practice, supervision can be tailored to your role, experience and goals. Sessions may support newly qualified occupational therapists, experienced clinicians, independent practitioners or those considering a move into private practice.

Supervision can include discussion around complex cases, clinical decision-making, professional boundaries, career development, confidence in practice and the challenges of working independently.

Led by Fiona Egan, an experienced Occupational Therapist and long-arm Practice Educator, this support offers a structured, reflective and encouraging learning environment. Fiona works with students to develop confidence, clinical reasoning, reflective practice and professional skills.

Support can be tailored to the student’s learning style, placement requirements and stage of training, helping them build practical experience and confidence as they progress towards qualification.
